Preparation steps

Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry on all sides, turning often, 20-25 minutes. With a truffle slicer or vegetable peeler, shave truffles over chicken thighs.
