- 4 Chicken thigh
- 1 red Peperoncino
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 60 grams honey
- 2 Tbsps grained Mustard
- peppers
- salt

Preparation steps

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Rinse Peperoncino, cut in half, remove seeds and dice as finely as possible. Stir Peperoncino in a bowl together with vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper. Completely coat the chicken with marinade and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate.

Remove chicken from marinade and cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for 8-10 minutes. Brush chicken with remaining marinade and season with a little salt.

Serve seasoned to taste with herbs.
