- 4 Chicken legs (skin on, boned out)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- thyme
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the oil, mustard, thyme and some seasoning and thoroughly coat the chicken legs in the mixture.

Grill or griddle, turning regularly, until the chicken is golden and cooked through - 15-20 minutes.
3.
Squeeze over a little lemon and serve.
