- Tabasco sauce
- 250 grams Red Lentils
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 2 sour Apple
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Salt and pepper chicken legs. Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle on Tabasco mix and brush with ketchup. Place on middle rack in preheated oven (220°C, 430°F), cook about 40 minutes, occasionally basting with cooking fat.

Rinse lentils under running water in a colander, then cook for about 10 minutes in boiling broth. Rinse apples, cut into wedges and remove seeds. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.
3.
Sauté apples brieftly with butter and curry powder for about 3 minutes. Add lentils, parsley and vinegar to taste, and serve with chicken.
