Chicken Sandwich with Peppers
Drizzle the bread with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Season the chicken with pepper, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil. Rinse and halve the peppers, then remove the seeds and membranes. Drizzle the peppers with the remaining oil. Cook the chicken and the peppers on a hot grill for 4-8 minutes. Grill the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Cut the peppers into strips. Rinse and dry the lettuce. Add the lettuce to the sliced bread, top with the chicken and peppers, then place the remaining pieces of bread on top. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
