- 1 kilogram Chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps ground paprika (sweet)
- Red pepper flakes
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 4 Tbsps acid Whipped cream
- oregano (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the onions and garlic, cut the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic.
2.
Brown the chicken in a hot pot in the oil. Add the onions and garlic and cook briefly. Add the paprika, chile, salt and pepper and cook briefly then deglaze with the broth. Simmer about 20 minutes quietly. Add broth as needed.
3.
Season the stew before serving and distribute into soup plates. As desired add a blob of sour cream and sprinkle with some chile pepper. Serve garnished with oregano.
4.
If desired serve with gnocchi.
