3 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and fry in a skillet with butter until light brown on one side, then bake in a preheated oven (180°C, approximately 350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until done.

Rinse and shake dry greens and cut into pieces as small as desired.

3.

Mix together the oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and stir in cream and parmesan. Season to taste. Serve the chicken breasts over the mixed greens. Add dressing if desired.
