2 Tbsps sunflower oil
200 grams Lettuce (or mixed salad greens)
200 grams small Tomatoes

freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 pinch sugar
4 Tbsps olive oil
½ lemon (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Divide lettuce into leaves, rinse and shake dry. Pluck leaves into small pieces as needed.

2.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

3.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and brown the meat on both sides quickly. Continue to cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Drizzle with lemon juice.

4.

Mix the vinegars and olive oil with sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

5.

Cut chicken breast diagonally into small pieces. Mix lettuce, tomatoes and chicken with the vinaigrette and serve in a bowl.
