- 21 ozs Chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 ⅓ cups Strawberries
- ⅔ cup Grape (seedless)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp thyme (dried)
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Skillet, 1 Fine grater, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Large knife, 1 deep bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Remove any torn leaves from lettuce. Cut out and discard core. Rinse the lettuce. Drain well. Tear into bite sized pieces and arrange on the plates.

Rinse and pat the chicken breast dry. Slice into strips.
3.
Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice.
4.
Mix together the vinegar, lemon juice and oil to make the dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Slice the avocado in half (lengthwise). Remove the skin and pit. Slice.
6.
Carefully mix the avocado with the strawberries and dressing.
7.
Halve the grapes and add them to the dressing.
8.
Gently saute the chicken in the butter. _Make sure the butter is not too hot!_ Add the curry and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook slowly for about another 4-5 minutes.
9.
Divide the meat among the plates. Place it on top of the lettuce. Pour the fruit salad/dressing on top. Serve at once.
