- 4 Chicken cutlets (each about 140 grams)
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil
- 3 Tomatoes
- 6 leaves Lettuce
- 4 White rolls
- 4 Tbsps Chili sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken cutlets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a grill pan. Sear the chicken cutlets until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.

Rinse the tomatoes, core and slice. Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry. Cut buns in half and toast in a toaster.
4.
Layer bottom halves with the lettuce leaves and tomato slices, then drizzle with 1 teaspoon of the chili sauce. Layer with a chicken cutlet and drizzle with the remaining chili sauce. Sandwich with top bun halves and serve immediately.
