4 Chicken breasts (each about 160 grams)
For the marinade
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
1 Lime (juiced and zested)
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp Wasabi
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 sprigs Lemongrass
300 grams Broccoli
150 grams Snow peas

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Prepare marinade. Combine oil with lime juice, zest, ginger, wasabi, salt and pepper, mix well. Coat chicken with the mixture and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Arrange chicken breasts in a lined with parchment paper bamboo insert, cover with lemongrass and cook in a steamer over hot water, covered, for about 8-10 minutes.

Rinse broccoli and snow peas, drain well. Arrange vegetables in aanother insert and place over chicken. Cook for 8 minutes, opened. Cover and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Arrange vegetables and chicken on plates and garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
