- 300 grams Snow peas
- 4 Chicken breasts (each 130 grams)
- 2 sprigs Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 onion
- 30 grams butter
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the vegetables. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Rinse the basil and shake dry. Remove the leaves from the branches and cut into thin strips. Season the meat on all sides with salt and pepper.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the butter and olive oil in a large, non-stick pan and saute the chicken breasts on both sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Briefly saute the onions and the vegetables in the pan, pour about 100 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water over the vegetables and cover with the meat to finish cooking. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil. To serve, cut the meat into slices.
