Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and blanch snow peas in slightly salted boiling water, about 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and rinse with cold water. Drain well.

2.

Cut snow peas in half lengthwise and press out peas. Heat milk in a pot until warmed, then stir in wasabi and froth with a milk frother until foamy.

3.

Mix in half of the peas. Pour into glasses and garnish each portion with one sliced snow pea pod and a few peas.
