400 grams Broccoli
salt
4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 g)
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (rosemary and sage)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps sliced almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse broccoli and cook for about 4 minutes in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, cut horizontally into thinner pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and herbs to the pan and swirl. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

3.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat remaining butter in a pan and saute garlic and almonds until golden. Add broccoli and season with salt. Arrange broccoli and chicken on plates. Serve.
