4 Chicken breasts (approx. 120 g each)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 onion (diced)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 ⅔ cups Chorizo (cut into strips)
1 Tbsp tomato puree
cup dry white wine
0.333 cup black Olives (drained and chopped)
1.333 cups Tomatoes (cut into strips)
Chili powder
1 tsp paprika

Preparation steps

1.
Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper and fry in the oil in a hot pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and fry the onion, garlic and chorizo. Stir in the tomato purée and deglaze with the wine.
2.
Add the olives and tomatoes and season with salt, chilli, paprika and ground black pepper. Simmer for around 5 minutes adding a little water if necessary.
3.
Reduce the heat and add the chicken. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
4.
Remove the chicken, slice and serve with the chorizo and tomato sauce.
