- 2 Chicken breasts (each approx 120g)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 sesame Bagel
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 handful salad (e. g. frisée)
- 8 Radish (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp medium hot Mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chopped Chervil
- lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken on both sides for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
3.
Cut the bagels horizontally through the middle and brush the bases with mayonnaise.
4.
Cut the chicken breasts into slices and arrange on the bagel bases with the lettuce and radishes.
5.
Mix together the yoghurt, mustard, honey and chervil and season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
6.
Add the mustard sauce to the bagels and cover with the bagel lids.
