- 1 small Cauliflower
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 grams Frozen pea
- 1 Red Pepperoncini
- 100 grams unsalted Peanuts
- 6 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Rinse cauliflower, remove stalk, divide into small florets and cut into slices. Peel onions and garlic and coarsely chop.
2.
Rinse carrots, cut diagonally into thin slices. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan, fry chicken on all sides until lightly browned, then successively fry all ingredients while stirring and season with salt and pepper. Continue frying while stirring until everything is cooked. Rinse cilantro and pluck leaves from stem. Serve in bowls garnished with cilantro.
