For a hands-free version, chuck everything into a casserole with some halved new potatoes and bake for 40 minutes.
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken legs on all sides.

Add the oregano, tomatoes, peppers and garlic and a glass of water and cook gently until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers are tender; 15-20 minutes.
3.
Season and serve hot.
