4 Chicken breasts
100 grams mixed Lettuce (such as arugula, oakleaf, radicchio)
200 grams red Grape
3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
3 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips.

2.

Rinse the lettuce, tear into small pieces and and spin dry. Distribute onto plates.

3.

Rinse the grapes, remove seeds if desired, and sprinkle over the salad.

4.

Brown the chicken in hot butter with salt, pepper and paprika over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

5.

Mix the grapeseed oil with white wine vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Place the sliced chicken over the salad and serve, with bread if desired.

Serve with baguette at will.
