- For the vinaigrette
- ⅜ cup olive oil (vergine)
- 1 Tbsp medium-hot Mustard
- 5 Tbsps spiced vinegar

1 Tablespoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 2 Pots mit Deckel, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Fork
Preparation steps
1.
Wash and sort the rocket and shake dry. Wash, dry and halve the grapes. Remove the pips if you wish.
2.
Put the vinegar and salt into a salad dressing shaker and shake until the salt has dissolved in the vinegar. Add the pepper and mustard and mix well. Then gradually add the oil, shaking vigorously until the ingredients have formed an emulsion.
3.
Taste the dressing and add more seasoning if necessary.
4.
Mix the rocket with the almonds and grapes. Toss with the vinaigrette, pile the salad into dishes and serve.
