2 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pit the cherries. Drain the tofu, cut into pieces and place with the cherries, honey and orange juice in a blender. Puree until smooth, stir in the sour cream and season with vanilla sugar.

Tastes particularly great on white bread for breakfast.
