1 ¾ cups Cherries (pitted)
14 ozs Pineapple
cup Black currant juice
1 Tbsp Raspberry syrup
1 lemon (juiced)
cup Apple juice
1 Tbsp Coconut syrup

Preparation steps

1.
Purée the cherries and the pineapple separately and sieve.
2.
Mix the cherry purée with the blackcurrant juice, raspberry syrup and half the lemon juice. Pour the mixture into 8 ice lolly moulds.
3.
Mix the pineapple puree with the apple juice, coconut syrup and the remaining lemon juice. Pour on top of the cherry mixture and mix together gently just halfway into the mould.
4.
Freeze for around 2 hours and once the lolly begin to harden, insert wooden sticks. Freeze completely for 2-3 hours, then remove from the moulds and serve.
