Cherry and Elderflower Jam
Rinse and clean cherries,pit. Rinse and halve lemon, squeeze juice. Combine cherries, lemon juice and jam sugar in a pot nd bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add elderflowers.
Pour into preserving jars and seal well. Turn upside down and let cool for about 10 minutes. Return to normal position and keep in a cool, dark place. Serve as needed.
