- 1 cup double cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- salt

Preparation steps

Wash and trim the spring onions, cut the green parts into rings and chop the white parts. Wash and halve the tomatoes and remove and puree the pulp. Cut the tomato flesh into strips. Trim, wash and chop the chilli.

Mix the cream cheese with the tomato puree. Peel the garlic and press into the cream cheese. Stir in the strips of tomato and spring onions. Add lime juice to taste and season generously with salt and pepper.
