- 2 Lettuce
- 2 Whole wheat buns
- 3 Tbsps Quark
- Whipped cream
- 120 Tbsps chopped roasted Shelled pistachio (black olives)
- parsley
- 2 tsps Mustard
- 2 slices Gouda

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes, cut crosswise into slices and season with pepper. Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Cut buns in half. Stir quark with parsley and a little cream until slightly thinned and season with mustard.
2.
Spread bun halves with mustard-quark. Place lettuce leaves on bottom halves of buns, then top with cheese and tomato slices. Place top halves of buns on sandwiches and serve.
