Nutritional values

Thanks to the cheddar, the quesadillas taste wonderfully spicy. Especially its content of calcium and phosphorus is considerable. Both minerals together form a great team when it comes to strong bones and teeth. In addition, it also contains significant amounts of fluoride, which is beneficial for the enamel.

You can continue pimping the quesadillas as you like: finely chopped and fried vegetables taste particularly good or you can fill the cheese tortillas with fried chicken strips. Dips like the avocado dip from EAT SMARTER go very well with them!

Ingredients
8 Tortillas (each about 20-22 cm diameter)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
300 grams grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Place a tortilla in a hot, uncoated pan with a little vegetable oil. Sprinkle some cheese on top and place a second tortilla on top of the first tortilla. Apply light pressure and fry 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

2.

Flip the quesadilla over and fry until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Using this technique, make 3 more quesadillas. To serve, cut into pieces and arrange on a serving plate.
