1 red chili pepper (chopped)
2 Tbsps olive oil

4 Tortillas (white and green)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix together the garlic, olives, chilli and the oil. Season with lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.

Spread the mixture on one half of the tortillas and sprinkle with the cheese. Fold over the other half of the tortilla and place on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes and serve cut in pieces.
