- 80 grams Macadamia Nuts
- 6 Figs
- 3 Tbsps Canola oil
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 3 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 80 milliliters Apple juice
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 300 grams Goat cheese
- 1 handful scallions
- 200 grams Lettuce (such as red and green oak leaf, arugula)

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the nuts in a dry skillet, remove from the pan and allow to cool.
2.
Brush the figs and cut into wedges. Sweat briefly in the hot pan in 1 tablespoon of oil. Drizzle with honey and pour in the vinegar and apple juice. Remove from the heat, stir in the rest of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Shape the cheese into small balls and roll in the chives.
4.
Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on plates with the figs and the dressing and distribute the cheese balls on top.
Serve showered with the nuts.
