800 grams Cauliflower
200 grams Radish
200 grams Lettuce such as lettuce, oak leaf lettuce)
1 carrot
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain.

2.

Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin slices.

3.

Rinse lettuce and remove hard stalk, tear into bite-sized pieces. 

4.

Peel carrot and grate finely.

5.

Combine cauliflower with radishes, lettuce and carrot in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well. 

6.

Serve.
