- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 Anchovy
- 1 Tbsp ground almonds
- 100 grams caperberry

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cauliflower and divide into individual florets. Place in a steamer, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and steam until crisp-tender, about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel garlic and press through a garlic press into a pan. Add wine, lemon juice, honey and anchovies and heat until warmed through, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in remaining olive oil and almonds. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse cauliflower with cold water, then toss with marinade. Stir in capers. Let cool to room temperature and divide salad among plates.
4.
Serve salad garnished with anchovies, if desired.
