½ organic lemon (juiced)
1 pinch ground cinnamon
600 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the carrot juice with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and jam sugar. Bring to a boil in a pot.

2.

Cook for 4 minutes, then divide into the prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool for 10 minutes.

3.

Turn right side up and cool completely. Store the jars in a cool, dark place.
