400 milliliters milk
100 grams Crème fraiche
3 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
1 Apple
salt

Preparation steps

Bloom the gelatin in cold water. Squeeze out excess water, combine with the milk, crème fraîche and horseradish in a small saucepan and gently heat until melted. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, remove the core and finely grate. Add to the horseradish milk and season with salt and pepper. Distribute between serving glasses and chill for at least hours.

Serve with ham sandwiches, if desired.
