Smoked Fish and Cucumber Canapes
Finely chop the smoked fish, transfer to a bowl with the mango chutney and horseradish and stir to combine. Add butter and season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Peel cucumber and cut into thick slices, place on pumpernickel rounds and spread with smoked fish cream. Rinse, core and quarter the tomatoes and place on top of the fish. Garnish with chives.
