Smoked Trout Canapes
Chop smoked trout very fine, mix with mango chutney and horseradish. Add butter and season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Cut about 20 small circles of pumpernickel bread.
Peel kiwis, slice into rounds and place on bread.
Top the pumpernickel and kiwi towers with trout mixture, piped on with a piping bag. Garnish as desired.
