2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 bunch scallions
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
soy sauce
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut calamari into rings.

Rinse scallions and cut into thin rings. 

3.

Heat oil in a pan and cook calamari for a few minutes, stirring. Add scallions, garam masala and garlic and saute for about 4-5 minutes. Add water, if necessary. Season with soy sauce and pepper and serve immediately.
