2 Tbsps Buttermilk
2 Tbsps Protein powder
100 milliliters cold Buttermilk
50 milliliters Still mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Quarter the figs and scoop the flesh from the shell. Puree the fig flesh, seaberry puree and buttermilk. 

2.

Add the protein powder and remaining buttermilk. Puree briefly. Pour the smoothie into glasses and top up with mineral water. Season with cinnamon. Serve garnished with a fig slice.
