- 2 onions
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 400 grams Ground beef
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Hamburger bun
- 100 grams Brie
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onions and cut into rings. Grill in a hot pan in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Season ground beef in a bowl with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Cook in a hot pan in 2 tablespoons of oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Preheat oven broiler.

Cut bread horizontally and toast cut surfaces under broiler, watching carefully. Cut cheese into slices. Place a burger patty on cut surfaces of bottom half of rolls. Top with cheese and melt under broiler, watching carefully. Top with grilled onions and finish with top half of rolls.

Serve with potato chips if desired.
