Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut into rings. Grill in a hot pan in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Season ground beef in a bowl with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Cook in a hot pan in 2 tablespoons of oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Preheat oven broiler.
