200 grams butter
1 Vanilla bean (seeds removed)
1 pinch salt
50 grams powdered sugar
200 grams Pastry flour
4 Tbsps brown sugar
50 grams Pine nuts

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  

2.

Beat the butter, vanilla seeds, salt and powdered sugar until light and creamy. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix until smooth. 

3.

Spoon the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press lightly to flatten. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and pine nuts and bake for 12 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
