- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 4 Tbsps spicy Bell pepper sauce (from a jar)
- 1 Banana
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 200 grams shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)
- 4 slices Goat Gouda
Preparation steps

Toast the bread slices and spread with pepper sauce. Peel banana, cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and place on bread slices.

Arrange shrimp over bananas and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and dill. Top each portion with 1 slice of cheese.
3.
Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil on the middle rack of the oven, watching carefully, until cheese is melted, 5-6 minutes.
4.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
