Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Soak raisins in lukewarm water, about 20 minutes. Drain. Divide broccoli and cauliflower into florets, rinse and blanch in boiling salted water, about 5 minutes each. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

Whisk cream with eggs and Parmesan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Coat 4 ovenproof ramekins with butter. Divide broccoli, cauliflower, ham and raisins among dishes. Top with cream and egg mixture and bake until golden-brown, 25-30 minutes.
