- 1 loaf narrow italian bread (or baguette)
- 1 Brie
- 1 can prepared Cranberry sauce (or cranberry relish)
- Lettuce (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Slice baguette on the bias into 1“ slices and place on ungreased baking sheet. On broiler setting, place oven rack approx. 6 inches from broiler. Place baking sheet under broiler and broil until golden about 2 minutes per side. Turn broiler off immediately.

Slice brie into narrow wedges. Place one brie wedge on each toast. Place baking sheet back in oven until cheese melts slightly. Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce on top of each toast.

Garnish lettuce leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
