4 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
8 tsps Caper (pickled)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, cut in half, remove core and dice. Cut brie into pieces. Peel garlic and chop fine.

2.

Mix tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Cut baguette into slices and toast under oven broiler on both sides. Spread tomato mixture on toasted baguette slices.

3.

Add olives. Add basil leaves to taste. Place a slice of brie onto each toast piece and add a few capers to the top. Season with pepper to taste (or dried chiles crushed in a mortar, as desired).
