4 Radish
For Liptauer
200 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
2 tsps ground paprika
2 small onions
½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps

For the herb quark: Thinly slice the chives and mix with the quark and season with salt and pepper. Spread on the slices of rye bread. Rinse the radishes, cut in half and cut rosettes. Garnish the quark topped bread with cucumber slices and radish roses,

For Liptauer: Peel the onions and cut one into thin rings, and finely chop the other. In a bowl, stir together the quark and the chopped onion. Rinse the pepper, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into slices. Spread the quark mixture on the flaxseed bread and garnish with onion rings and pepper slices. Serve on lettuce leaves.
