150 grams cream cheese (plain)
1 teaspoon freshly grated Horseradish
1 tablespoon Sour cream
salt
white peppers (freshly ground)
1 splash lemon juice
8 tablespoons Watercress
8 Baguette (each about 30 grams)
Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Blend the cream cheese, horseradish and sour cream together until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.

2.

Spread the baguette slices with the cream cheese spread. Rinse the watercress and shake dry. Divide between the baguette slices.

3.

Place an additional 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on top of each baguette slice. Garnish with chives and serve.
