Bread with Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread and Watercress
Blend the cream cheese, horseradish and sour cream together until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
Spread the baguette slices with the cream cheese spread. Rinse the watercress and shake dry. Divide between the baguette slices.
Place an additional 2 teaspoons of cream cheese on top of each baguette slice. Garnish with chives and serve.
