- 4 Chicken breasts (each about 120 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 onions
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps sherry
- 100 milliliters clear Broth (Instant)
- 500 grams Broccoli
- 160 grams Long grain and wild rice mix

Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Peel onions and cut into quarters. Heat oil in a pan and brown chicken breasts on both sides. Add onions and braise for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with soy sauce, sherry and broth and simmer for about 12-15 minutes.

Rinse broccoli and divide into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes.
3.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
4.
Drain broccoli well. Slice chicken and arrange together with rice and broccoli on plates and serve.
