- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 2 Red onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 grams green Olives
- 4 Chicken thigh

- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 250 grams canned Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (Thyme and rosemary)
Preparation steps

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Peel and halve onions, cut into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain olives and cut into wedges.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and brown chicken on all sides. Remove from pan and saute onions with peppers, garlic and olives for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with wine and add tomatoes and herbs. Return chicken to the pan and braise in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
