2 Tbsps flaxseed oil
4 Tbsps Maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 oz Walnut
1 Tbsp Sunflower seed
1 Tbsp Pine nuts
1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed
1 Tbsp hemp Seed
7 ozs fresh Blueberries
2 Tbsps dried Cranberry

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk the cream cheese, yogurt, flaxseed oil, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and lemon juice together until smooth. Divide into 4 serving bowls.

Toast the walnuts, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant. Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly.  

3.

Rinse the blueberries and pat dry. Top the cream cheese-yogurt cups with the blueberries, dried cranberries and toasted nuts. Serve immediately.
