7 ozs Blueberries
2 ozs Shelled pistachio (4 TBSP.)
4 tsps honey
2 Lemon balm
16 ozs Yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Wash blackberries and blueberries and put 5 Tablespoons of each in a tall container and puree finely. Mix whole fruits with the puree.

2.

Coarsely chop pistachio kernels and mix with honey. Wash lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves.

3.

Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the fruit mixture into each of 4 glasses. Spread yogurt on top and divide the remaining fruit mixture among the glasses. Add pistachios on top of the fruit and decorate with lemon balm leaves.
