- 4 leaves gelatin
- 3 cups acai berry juice
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- lemons (juiced)
- ⅔ cup cream
- 2 egg whites

1 Skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Mandoline, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Fork
Preparation steps
1.
Soak the gelatine in a little of the acai juice for 10 minutes then put into a small pan and heat until the gelatine has melted.
2.
Add the rest of the juice, the sugar and lemon juice and let cool.
3.
Whip the cream and fold into the juice mixture.
4.
Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks and fold into the mix. Pour into bowl and chill for two hours or until set.
5.
Serve the mousse sprinkled with muesli and chopped banana.
