- ½ cup Soy milk
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup melted sunflower margarine
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 4 Tbsps Agave syrup
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- vegetable oil
- 2 Banana
- 1 cup Blueberries
- powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together the soya milk, water, margarine, sugar, 2 tablespoons agave syrup, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cover and chill the mixture for 1 hour.

Lightly grease a frying pan with a little oil and heat until hot. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the base. Cook until golden, flip then turn over and and cook for about 30 seconds.
3.
Cut the bananas into thick slices and divide between the panckes. Sprinkle with the blueberries and drizzle with the remaining agave syrup.
4.
Roll up the pancakes loosely and sift icing sugar over the top.
